Terms & Conditions

1. Partners earn a 20% recurring commission on each referred user's subscription payments for up to 12 months from their first payment date.
2. Commissions are calculated on the net invoice amount (excluding taxes and refunds).
3. Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal or Venmo once your pending balance reaches $10 or more. Unclaimed balances under $10 roll over to the next month.
4. A referral is attributed to you when a user signs up through your unique referral link and subscribes to a paid plan. Self-referrals are not permitted.
5. Commission tracking begins on the referred user's first successful payment and ends 12 months later or when the user cancels their subscription, whichever comes first.
6. PropTrack reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions in cases of fraud, chargebacks, refunds, or violations of these terms.
7. PropTrack may modify commission rates, duration, or program terms with 30 days written notice to active partners.
8. Partners must not use misleading advertising, spam, or any deceptive practices to generate referrals. Violation may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of pending commissions.
9. PropTrack may terminate a partner's account at any time for any reason. Earned and unpaid commissions for valid referrals will still be paid out.
10. By applying, you agree to these terms and confirm that all information provided is accurate.
